Account Manager


  • 1 year minimum experience in the IT industry
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Position Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for identifying and expanding upon new services opportunities as well as maintaining customer relationships ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The Account Manager is the main point of contact for all business related matters specific to the IT services that Hungerford Technologies is providing including but not limited to; sales, quote creation, advocacy and logistics. A successful candidate demonstrates a strong aptitude for communication and listening skills, problem-solving techniques, and networking. The Account Manager can thrive in both independent and team settings. The Hungerford Technologies team relies on our strong collaborative culture. In turn, we are able to efficiently resolve day-to-day technical issues for our customers as well as improve and strategize our standard business processes.


  • Initial project design and scope for quote creation
    • Working collaboratively with engineer and project coordinator
  • Presenting quotes to potential and current customers
    • Proper utilization and creation of Hungerford Technologies sales templates and forms
  • Leveraging vendor portals for services and sales support
  • Building a solid rapport with clients
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Following up on tactical initiatives from Advisory recommendations
  • Quarterly onsite customer visits
  • Communicating with internal IT support team to ensure any customer issues are resolved

    • IT Glue
