I graduated Hope College in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Accounting. I passed the CPA exam in November of 2021.
What is your area of specialty – how do you best help your clients?
Individual, S-corporation, partnership and payroll tax return preparation, audits.
What are your top 5 strengths? What is your favorite strength?
Harmony, discipline, consistency, developer and empathy.
How do you like to give back to the community?
I enjoy giving back to the community by volunteering whenever the chance arises. I’m hoping for more volunteering events this year through Hungerford.
What are your superpowers – something you’re good at that others should know about?
I am a planner. I am great at thinking ahead and allocating time to each assignment/event that I have going on throughout my day.
Accomplishment you’re proud of?
I am proud of passing the CPA exam. Those months spent studying wore me down, especially considering the fact that I was working a busy season during that time.
Tell us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)
I enjoy watching/playing sports with family and friends, mostly baseball, basketball, football and golf. Any time spent with family is a blessing from God. I have recently been lifting on a regular basis and improving my piano/guitar skills.
What is your favorite part of working at the firm?
I appreciate the people I work with. Ever since I first started my coworkers have been eager to help me whenever I need it. I enjoy
doing my part to meet our firm’s collective goals.
