What is your area of specialty – how do you best help your clients?

Many of the interactions I have with clients begin with the first phone call or email to the firm. My role is to discuss the services we offer, and really understand what they are looking to accomplish. I’m able to connect clients with the appropriate staff and assist them in the proposal process. Creating the best outcome for our clients and staff is my goal every time.

What are your top 5 strengths? What is your favorite strength?

1. Positivity
2. Woo
3. Communication
4. Maximizer
5. Harmony

Woo is my favorite strength by far! I thrive on new situations and interactions where I can get to know people and learn what they are about.

How do you like to give back to the community?

For many years I was a mentor in the Northview Public School System. I donate my time to organizations I feel strongly about and try to provide in ways that I can.

What are your superpowers – something you’re good at that others should know about?

I can make lemonade out of just about any lemons. I am able to find the good in most situations and provide laughter when things may be challenging. I enjoy helping others find solutions, even when it may seem there aren’t any.

Accomplishment you’re proud of?

My biggest accomplishment, by far, has been coming into an industry that I knew very little about and building a solid foundation, based off of the professionals I’m able to work with on a daily basis.

Tells us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)

I have 3 kids in college and enjoy spending time with my Partner, Adam, and his 2 elementary school children. During the Summer you can find me out hiking, mountain biking, and paddle boarding on any one of our beautiful Michigan lakes. And when it’s cold, I like to go to the range and indoor rock climbing.

What is your favorite part of working at the firm?

Our firm really values it’s employees. I enjoy seeing accomplishments acknowledged and everyone, from senior leadership to incoming staff, is treated with the same level of care and respect.
